I recently used Premium General Contractors to renovate my basement, including a full remodeling of a full bathroom. Since moving to my house a few years ago, I’ve hired several contractors for various large projects, but none of them compared to Jose and his team.

Jose is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that my basement renovation and remodeling was done properly. Besides paying a great amount of attention to detail, being punctual and working tirelessly until the job was complete, Jose was also able to troubleshoot many problems we encountered given the age of the house and suggest solutions at reasonable prices. In addition, he was very helpful in sourcing materials and helping to pick up materials I had sourced myself, which I very much appreciated given my work schedule.

I am extremely pleased at the finished product, and will most certainly be calling Premium General Contractors for my next project!

  Premium General Contractors, Inc.did an outstanding job removing our old wall-mounted AC unit and replacing it with a properly framed window. The work was clean, precise, and the result is great - it looks like the window has been there all along. Even better, their communication was great throughout the job. I called a few other contractors for quotes and all of them strung me along, giving vague timelines while clearly prioritizing other jobs. Premium GC was different- they were upfront about when they could actually start, showed up exactly when they said they would, did excellent work for a good price, and left the space spotless when they finished. Premium GC is licensed, professional, skilled, and reliable. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely use them again.

  I am extremely pleased with the construction work completed by Premium General Contracting Inc.  Jose and his team did outstanding work installing new flooring, replacing doors, and painting throughout my home.  The craftsmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail in every space.  Communication was consistent throughout the project, and any questions or changes were handled promptly.  Timelines were met, and the work area was kept clean at the end of each day.   Jose and his team did amazing work on my new apartment. My kitchen was gutted and replaced which was no easy task in a 100 year old coop building.  The floors were repaired and refinished, all walls painted, my office wallpapered. It was a major refresh. The quality of the work was there in every task. They worked as scheduled and owner was easily accessible and explained things along the way!!
