I had the tiles in my bathroom repaired and grout and caulking reinstalled. With was done quickly and professionally, and with no issues at all. I would hire them again.

Premium General Contractors, Inc.did an outstanding job removing our old wall-mounted AC unit and replacing it with a properly framed window.
The work was clean, precise, and the result is great
- it looks like the window has been there all along.
Even better, their communication was great throughout the job. I called a few other contractors for quotes and all of them strung me along, giving vague timelines while clearly prioritizing other jobs.
Premium GC was different- they were upfront about when they could actually start, showed up exactly when they said they would, did excellent work for a good price, and left the space spotless when they finished.
Premium GC is licensed, professional, skilled, and reliable. I highly recommend them and I'll definitely use them again.

Jose recently completed a bathroom renovation for us, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Jose stood out for his diligence and professionalism. He worked with impressive efficiency without ever cutting corners.

What we appreciated most was how conscientious he was with the workspace and the quality of the finishing. The final result is stunning. If you need a contractor who is respectful, skilled, and hardworking, I highly recommend Jose.
