Premium General Contractors, Inc.did an outstanding job removing our old wall-mounted AC unit and replacing it with a properly framed window. The work was clean, precise, and the result is great - it looks like the window has been there all along. Even better, their communication was great throughout the job. I called a few other contractors for quotes and all of them strung me along, giving vague timelines while clearly prioritizing other jobs. Premium GC was different- they were upfront about when they could actually start, showed up exactly when they said they would, did excellent work for a good price, and left the space spotless when they finished. Jose recently completed a bathroom renovation for us, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Jose stood out for his diligence and professionalism. He worked with impressive efficiency without ever cutting corners. What we appreciated most was how conscientious he was with the workspace and the quality of the finishing. I am extremely pleased with the construction work completed by Premium General Contracting Inc.  Jose and his team did outstanding work installing new flooring, replacing doors, and painting throughout my home.  The craftsmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail in every space.  Communication was consistent throughout the project, and any questions or changes were handled promptly.  Timelines were met, and the work area was kept clean at the end of each day. Jose and his team did amazing work on my new apartment. My kitchen was gutted and replaced which was no easy task in a 100 year old coop building.  The floors were repaired and refinished, all walls painted, my office wallpapered. It was a major refresh. The quality of the work was there in every task. They worked as scheduled and owner was easily accessible and explained things along the way!!
